How Do I Get Started?

Contact our team, and we can get you started with your very own system and login. Until our digital self-onboarding service is available, our team will help to set up users and ensure each team member has access to everything they need.

How Do Pro Modules Work?

Each Pro Module covers one of the 5 R's (Reports, Rescue, Rehabilitation, Rehoming, Retirement/EOL) of your system. Upgrading to a Pro module will enhance that area with broader, deeper functionality and allow multiple teams and sites to be involved at each stage.

New Pro modules for Drug/Stock Control and Equine Assisted Services are now available.

Pro Modules start from £1,200 per module per year and are added to the standard system to form a unique configuration that meets all your requirements.

Is there any fee for set-up and onboarding?

Our Standard and Pro systems do not charge for onboarding. The only fee you pay is the simple annual or monthly fee for the chosen modules.

Our Enterprise offering involves bespoke configuration and will include our expert implementation process. Prices depend on the breadth and depth of customisation.

How Is The System Supported?

Support from our team is available 9-5 on every business day and is included in your Gifted Animals subscription. You can reach us via a web-ticketing service, email, or telephone. We're more than happy to help with any kind of request big or small.

Out-of-hours support is available upon request.

Is There Any Training Help?

We are working on digital training materials that allow your teams to onboard themselves seamlessly. Until those are ready, our team will train you to ensure you are knowledgeable and confident about using your new system.

Are Fundraising And Events Part Of The Same System As Animals?

Absolutely. If you want to include the fundraising and events modules in your system, we can switch on the appropriate dashboards, and you'll have access to all the functionality you need in one user-friendly Gifted Animals system. It's as easy as that.

Are There Any Limits On Animals Or Contacts?

None. We offer unlimited records for animals and contacts for every version of Gifted Animals. Of course, the depth of the data depends on the modules you have selected, with Pro modules providing more depth and capability than the Standard version.
